Henry Theodore Kohler “Teddy” joined us July 11th! 🩵 We’ve been soaking in snuggles and family time before dad goes back to work and the big boys start kindergarten in two weeks! We’ll be back to Haviland after that 😊

We got the photos back from .schwenk from my sister in law’s wedding in November. I’ve been looking through them for weeks and still can’t decide what to post first from the absolutely amazing day. I’m also (not sure if you’ve noticed 🤪) the absolute worst at posting on Instagram. So much so that someone told me the other day that potential clients are going to think I’m closed. Well, here is a photo of my boys at her wedding so everyone knows I’m still open! We are in the thick of planning for spring weddings, onboarding new clients for 2025, working a couple amazing corporate/missional clients that we get to travel with and keeping up with being a mom, wife, friend and general human. Oh and revamping our entire planning organizational system 😅 Happy to 2024. Cheers to a crazy but amazing year ahead!
PS. Byrne (second picture) is mad that he didn’t get to carry the real rings and was like what in the world is the point of this?? And you know what? I get that ha!

Dreaming of this cozy Oxford library-themed rehearsal dinner. Vintage love poems, lovingly rebound to match the table and embossed with the couple’s monogram and each guest’s name, added a touch of meaningful personalization.

🎅🏻🎄🍽🥂 Holiday Tablescaping is back again! Whether you want to use your wedding china but are worried because it’s not Christmas-y at all; have inherited your grandma’s china and don’t know how to style it for Christmas; have alllll the Christmas dishes but need to figure out how to make it all work; or hosting really isn’t your thing but you want to have an awesome table, we will work together to make an intentional place to gather with your family to share traditions this year (that you don’t have to commit much time to!) This is seriously my favorite part of the season!
✨ Here’s how it works: - we meet (in person or on video- we have lots of clients outside of Charlotte!) to look through what you’re working with, what kind of aesthetic you want to create, general menu (so you have the right dishes), along with other details. I’ll take all that and create a plan with a design board to send via email that we’ll tweak until perfect.
- The week of Christmas we can set your table for you or deliver a box with everything you need to set your table, including a mockup photo so you know exactly where to set each piece. Our florist partner will deliver any floral needed two days before so you can slowly work on the table.
- Pricing starts at $300 for up to 10 placesettings. This year a significant portion of the proceeds will go to , a local non profit that supports the foster community and supported us sooo much last year.

I am thrilled to finally *officially* introduce my new right hand woman, Ashley Jefferson. She joined me in July, during one of Haviland’s craziest seasons yet. If you’re a current client you’ve probably already had the pleasure of working with her, but she is coming alongside me to keep us organized and make the planning process even more seamless for our clients. I’m so grateful to have her and can’t wait for the amazing things we’ll do together. Welcome, Ashley!
