Started in the summer of 2013, I decided to take my love and passion for Culinary Arts further by making my dreams come true! Big smiles and food for all!!

We are dedicated to use only local produce, seafood and meats right here in North Carolina. Growing up, loving to cook, when I was able to and with the help of my loving family, I took my love and began to make it a career. In high school, I was fortunate enough to have great teachings by my professor, Skip Ailstock, which set the groundings for my further education at Johnson And Wales University. After working very hard for others for many years, I woke one day with the dream of having a company to call my own, hence, Delectable Edibles! thank you for joining us on our journey, hope you enjoy all we do as much as we love filling your tummies with yummy goodness!
