What a beautiful turnout for this week’s Prosperous Grace Etiquette Class at the West Blvd Library!
This Tuesday our youth learned:
💌 How to properly write letters
📬 How to address envelopes
🍝 The proper way to eat spaghetti with etiquette and confidence
We ended the evening enjoying delicious stuffed shells pasta with red & white sauce, chicken, and shrimp thanks to the support of Thyme & Table
Next Tuesday, the 12th from 6PM–7PM is our FINAL class and celebration! 🎉

✨ Last Week at Prosperous Grace… We Leveled Up! ✨
Our youth didn’t just learn how to set a table—they learned how to handle conflict with confidence, respect, and grace 👏🏾
From real-life scenarios to guided conversations, we focused on:
✔️ Using respectful communication
✔️ Listening before reacting
✔️ Managing emotions in tough situations
✔️ Resolving disagreements the RIGHT way
Because etiquette isn’t just about forks and knives…
It’s about how you show up in every room 💫
🍽️ And of course—we tied it all together with hands-on dining etiquette and table setting practice!

I’ve been CRAVING Cheesecake Factory… so I made it at HOME 🔥
Tonight’s menu:�✔️ Shrimp Bistro Pasta�✔️ Japanese Baked Mussels
And baby… it did NOT disappoint 😌

🍤 Shrimp Bistro Pasta (Creamy Garlic Vibes)
Ingredients:
* Shrimp (seasoned: garlic, paprika, black pepper, salt)
* Angel hair or spaghetti
* Butter + olive oil
* Garlic (fresh, don’t play 😏)
* Heavy cream
* Parmesan cheese
* Spinach or basil
* Lemon squeeze (optional but elite)
Instructions:
1. Sear shrimp until golden, set aside.
2. In same pan: butter + garlic → add cream → simmer.
3. Stir in parmesan until smooth.
4. Add pasta + a little pasta water.
5. Toss shrimp back in + greens.
6. Finish with lemon + more cheese.

🦪 Japanese Baked Mussels (Spicy + Cheesy)
Ingredients:
* Green mussels (half shell)
* Kewpie mayo
* Sriracha
* Garlic
* Shredded cheese (mozzarella + parm)
* Green onions
Instructions:
1. Mix mayo + sriracha + garlic.
2. Spoon over mussels.
3. Top with cheese.
4. Broil until bubbly + slightly charred.
5. Garnish with green onions.

Last week’s lesson included:�✔️ Types of silverware & how to properly use them�✔️ Table setting placement�✔️ How to stir tea the right way�✔️ Napkin placement & etiquette�✔️ American vs. Continental dining styles�✔️ Confidence-building table manners
🍽 And yes… we put it ALL into practice with a full meal:�✨ Brown Bourbon Glazed Salmon�✨ Garlic Rosemary Scratch-Made Mashed Potatoes�✨ Teriyaki Chicken�✨ Kale Chaser Salad�✨ Sweet Rolls by Prosperity’s Kitchen
