I said we were having a Charcuterie Dessert Class… they heard “come hungry.” 😂🍫🍓

There was a whole board to build, but somehow the ingredients kept disappearing before we could get to the finished product! 😂 .… I can’t blame them though. 🤷🏾‍♀️

These classes are always a mix of creating, learning, laughing, and of course… GRAZING! 🧀

You’re paying for the variety, quality ingredients, fresh fruit, specialty cheeses, presentation, prep, portioning, packaging, and all the little details that go into making it look this good.

The goal isn’t to give you a box of food.
It’s to give you an experience you’re excited to open, share, and eat. 🧀🍇🤎
And yes… there’s a LOT more in that box than meat and cheese. 😉🤏🏾

Listen… sometimes your first instinct is the right one! 😂

You thought hiring a professional was too expensive, so you decided to DIY it. Then you bought the meats, cheeses, crackers, fruit, extras, containers, boards, supplies… and spent hours trying to make it all come together.

At the end of the day, trying to save money can sometimes cost you more. 🤷🏽‍♀️

So before you say, “I can make that myself,” ask yourself:
How much is my time worth? And do I actually want to do it? 😏

Sometimes paying the professional is actually the more affordable option. 🧀🍇

Funny thing is… I don’t usually make myself a whole fancy charcuterie plate 😂

I’m more of a “throw a bunch of snacks in a divided snack box and call it lunch” kind of girl because my family is picky.🤣

But every now and then, I’ll plate it up and pretend I’m fancy. 😂🧀🍇

A few of my personal favorites ALWAYS make the cut — pickled okra is definitely one of them, along with rosemary sea salt cashews. 🤤

So yes… does a plated bag of random snacks count as charcuterie?

ME: Absolutely. 😂😂
