Two years ago, this was just an idea.

Today, I'm watching my business on the news.

When I started CraftDCreationZ Mobile Charcuterie Cart, I had no blueprint to follow. No one around me was doing what I envisioned.

I simply took a leap of faith, trusted God, and got to work.

Since then, there have been long nights, early mornings, sacrifices, lessons, and countless events. But every challenge was worth it to see this dream grow into something that has impacted so many people.

As Charlotte's first mobile charcuterie cart, my goal was never to blend in. I wanted to create an experience that people would remember—something unique, interactive, and unlike anything else in the area.

To every client who has booked, shared a post, referred a friend, or supported this journey: thank you. You helped turn an idea into a brand.

Being featured on the news isn't the finish line. It's a reminder of how far we've come and how much further we're going.

From an idea in my head to a business being recognized across the city—God has exceeded every expectation I had.

And trust me... we're just getting started. 🧀📺

Let’s talk about guest count…

While I always prepare a little extra as a buffer (because things happen!), a difference of 5–10 guests—or more—can significantly impact how much food is needed.

My goal is always to make sure every guest has an amazing experience and plenty to enjoy. 🧀🫶🏾🥳
When in doubt, it’s always better to overestimate your guest count than underestimate it. A few extra guests? We can usually work with that. Twenty extra? Now we’re having a completely different conversation. 😂

The more accurate the count, the better I can serve your event and ensure everyone gets the full grazing experience.

A little about the gardener side of me... 🌱🌼

I know this is my business page, but every now and then I like to share a little glimpse of what I enjoy outside of CraftDCreationZ.

While scrolling the internet, I came across the viral edible cheese board trend and decided to hop on it.

Since I love gardening and anything flower-related, I turned it into a fun little activity at home with my youngest daughter.

She absolutely loved helping create this edible flower garden, and honestly, seeing her excitement made it even more special. 💛

And yes... once we finished admiring it, it didn't last long. 😂🧀🌼

All of the veggies came from the garden!🪴
Added in some sage, scallions, and cherry tomatoes after!
