Jae Yook Bokeum AkA pork bulgogi is a pork alternative to beef bulgogi. Thinly rich and fatty sliced pork shoulder marinated in red pepper paste, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and fresh grated ginger. It is sweet, tangy, and mildly spicy. Another Korean BBQ classic.

Dub bop is one of many portmanteaus used in the Korean language which literally means over rice. There was nothing like coming home after school to a plate full of rice and home made Kbbq with banchan (side dishes).
