Now Hiring: Event Planning Assistant

Do you love details, décor, and helping create unforgettable experiences?
I’m looking for a reliable, creative, and hands-on Event Planning Assistant to help bring my events to life!

What You’ll Do:
• Assist with event setup and breakdown (décor, balloons, tablescapes, backdrops, signage, etc.)
• Help with organization and logistics before and during events
• Be a second set of hands for on-site coordination
• Maintain a positive, professional, and fun attitude while working with clients and vendors

Who You Are:
• Dependable and punctual (must show up on time!)
• Comfortable with lifting/moving event décor (sometimes heavy items like tables or balloon frames)
• Creative eye for detail — you don’t mind getting your hands dirty to make things beautiful
• Flexible availability on weekends and evenings (prime event times)
• Bonus if you have experience in events, décor, or hospitality — but training is provided!

Pay:
• Starting at $18–$25/hr (depending on experience)
• Meals provided during long events
• Opportunities to grow with the business

Location:

Charlotte, NC + surrounding areas (must have reliable transportation)
