I Got to cook some of my favorite food this week for an engagement party tasting😃.
Caribbean spiced shrimp on Johnny cakes with coconut cayenne cream ans mango relish. The platter had Jerk chicken, cilantro pesto salmon, cumin and coriander roasted cauliflower, and of course beans and rice!

More brunch stuff! Baby spinach salad with strawberries, goat cheese, spiced pecans and raspberry citrus dressing. My favorite russet and sweet potato home fries with Sriracha ketchup.

Our team has successfully executed 33 weddings in the last 3 months! It was amazing and stressful at times, but we did it!! I could not have done it without my fantastic crew. They showed up, the busted their bums and they gave it their all. I'm really proud of us! Thanks especially to Marci and Peter. We won't have to make 200 pounds of mashed potatoes for a while😝. Now, we rest!
