The things we deal with BTS
Scenario: You arrive at the scheduled strike time only to be told by production that they are still filming and they expect you to wait around and adjust your schedule as if your time isn’t valuable. Then to top it off, production is rude, audacious, and doesn’t want to pay for the additional time.
Them: “This is how it is with production.”
Respectfully… NO. This is how poor time management and lack of respect for your vendors is.
Production delays happen. Most professionals understand that. But expecting vendors to absorb the cost of your delays for free is not standard, it’s entitlement.
Our team blocks off time, staff, transportation, and additional bookings based on the agreed strike window. Once that time is exceeded, additional labor and wait fees apply. Period.
