Episode 1 of our most-asked-questions. Today we're answering planner vs. venue coordinator. We get this question frequently, so we figured it was best to let you hear it from the people actually doing the jobs.
A venue coordinator is focused on the venue, the space, the staff, and the logistics tied to that specific location. A planner is focused on you, the whole picture, every vendor, every detail, from the very first booking through the send off. Different roles, both important, and knowing the difference means you know exactly who to call for what.
