My Mother's Homemade syrup is the best. It didn't matter how much Maple or Aunt Jemima syrup I had, my children always preferred her syrup with their biscuits and salmon. Easy recipe sugar and water.

Had the opportunity to serve my beautiful granddaughters yesterday while they are on spring break. One of their favorite meals is Salmon Croquettes and biscuits. They had never had homemade syrup.

Chicken salad was one of our best sellers @ Estes Smokepit. Although there's no wrong way to make it because we all differ in our taste but one of my secrets is celery.

Israeli salad is one of my all time favorite salads for the summer. It's super easy and quick to put together and it's delicious. It's also a quick fix if you want to add some freshness to the meal. I add alot of Cilantro and different seasonings to mine. Lol
Recipe consists of:
Tomatoes
Cucumbers (preferably persian)
Red Onions
Parley (but Cilantro is acceptable)
Add Olive oil or Lemon juice but i use Italian dressing on mine.

This is why I cook at home. The food at this restaurant was horrible. I will not call the name but it starts with a "C", and this is what they called meatloaf. The service was horrible also and there's no words for the kitchen.
