I’ve witnessed siblings’ and friends’ wedding planners through the years and never experienced anyone as thorough and AMAZING as Chelsea! She was absolutely incredible from beginning to end. Holly + Andrew FINALLY got their gorgeous day at Biltmore Estate and it was everything we all could have hoped for! Their original date was last October, the weekend after Hurricane Helene hit and that led us to an obvious postponement. Biltmore is the most kind and accommodating venue I’ve ever worked with and I had already gone through a Covid cancellation with Biltmore in 2020 and started to feel like I was cursed. So needless to say I was ecstatic when Holly and Andrew reached back out earlier this year with new date ideas. The weather was a perfect June day with a late afternoon storm that started *right* as the first dance started for the coolest effect. All guests were dry and in the tent already and it was like we couldn’t have timed it better. I will always love a destination wedding in Asheville, but a destination wedding at Biltmore just hits different, don’t you think?!

Time to pop the champagne! It's my birthday! Anyone who knows me knows that I love a good glass of bubbly! So for my wedding day I naturally had to have that moment with my girls. It's hard to believe that was almost 4 years ago and that I've now celebrated 10 birthdays since owning Lucky Day (whew!) I've come to learn that it's important to surround yourself with genuine and honest, kind people and to believe in yourself. These girls right here have each helped me to be the best version of myself and to show up for my clients in the biggest of ways. Three of them have even been assistants for me so past brides might recognize them 😉

Today I am stepping away from my computer for some family time to celebrate another wonderful year and do a little bit of shopping and definitely some champagne sipping! CHEERS!
