Sophia's International Cuisine is a professional catering company that started off in Sophia's home kitchen in Jamaica Queens, New York. Being raised in the middle of the melting pot of New York City, Sophia has stood in the kitchens of so many different cultures.

Sophia's father who is Puerto Rican showed her how to cook and her mother who is Sicilian Italian also showed her how to cook. Sophia embraced so many different cooking styles and techniques from traditional southern cooking, Puerto Rican and Caribbean cooking. She then mastered these techniques and blended different cultural ingredients coming out with delicious tasting dishes.

At Sophia's International Cuisine we are here for your catering needs. We specialize in Puerto Rican dishes, Soul Food dishes and many more. Sophia's International Cuisine would love to be the catering company you choose to bring wonderful new or even traditional foods to you events.
