The Guest Experiences Team is split into two sectors, including:
⭐ Guest Services Team - Answer all guest questions by phone or email and offer any assistance needed on-site during the event's duration
⭐ Guest Communications Team - Communicate effectively with guests to ensure all event information and logistics are provided to the guests including: timings, schedules, and additional event-specific need-to-knows
