Whether you are planning a single or multi-day rental for your wedding, family party or business related event, we would love to customize a rental package for you! Our standard wedding rental package includes:

》All tables and chairs for up to 200 guests inside the reception barn
》Brand new wooden farmhouse style head tables and buffet tables
》Outdoor ceremony garden with an arch and rustic bench seating for up to 200 guests
》Air conditioned and heated Bridal Suite connected to our brand new bathrooms
》Groomsmen's Cabin for the men to get ready
》 Brand new covered patio for your guests to enjoy
》Two lovely bartenders are included for six hours of service at our indoor and outdoor bars (you provide the alcohol and drinks to be served)
》All standard bar supplies are included (clear plastic cups, cocktail napkins, cocktail straws and ice)
》Owners Adam and Haley as your Venue Coordinators to guide your rehearsal, receive your vendors the day of the event, and to make sure your day runs smoothly overall!
》Parking attendants to welcome and direct your guests
》One hour Whiskey Wagon ride around the property for the Bridal Party (and your photographers!) after the ceremony
》Bonfire at dusk
》Leave the after party cleanup to us! There's so much more to show you and tell you about! Sunset & Chill Father's Day Edition is happening tonight at The Quarry!

We've got live music with The Wild Honey Collective, food from Emelander Family Farm & Farm 2 Fork, Kona Ice and of course, KorrieLinn's Cheesecakes!

The bar will be open thanks to our friends at the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce and we have some amazing giveaways for dads!

​One year ago, the tornado changed so much for us—but it couldn't shake the incredible community spirit that built this event! We are beyond thrilled to announce that our favorite summer concert series, Sunset & Chill, is officially BACK! 🌅🎵

​This year, we are welcoming you to our brand-new event location: Mary’s Place at The Quarry!

​To all of our amazing friends who helped us grow and shape this event over the years at Hidden Creek Farms: we have missed you so much and we cannot wait to see your faces again. This comeback is for you!

​We are beyond excited to announce that line dancing starts TONIGHT! 💃🕺

After everything that has happened since the tornado at Hidden Creek Farms, we couldn't be happier to welcome you all to our brand-new event location: Mary’s Place at The Quarry.

​Whether you’re a seasoned pro or you’ve never taken a single step, come on out! We can’t wait to reunite with our old friends and meet some new faces on the dance floor.
