Finally, backstage catering is coming back! The staff and I are vaccinated, following Covid protocols and will happily accommodate any special requests. It doesn’t even feel like it’s been a year and a half. Like riding a bike. Stay safe and healthy everyone

Food To Die For would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. We are brainstorming new ideas and ways to meet or exceed your expectations. Customer service and striving to do the best job possible has always been important to me, and will continue to be. Looking forward to what 2019 will bring.

The year has started off with a wide variety of catering jobs. Five days of rehearsals and show date with Dancing with the Stars, the the Monster Truck drivers, a two day commercial shoot for First Citizens Bank, then my first ever UFC fight, followed by Lana Del Rey, three days with Andrea Bocelli and Kristin Chenowith, then Robert Plant, and finishing up the month with Trey Anastasio. Work is never boring and we’re looking forward to the season starting. Got a great crew and lots of ideas.

June tried to kick us in our rears, but we stand tall. Big thanks to the crew who put in the long hours, survived the hot days and downpours, and sore muscles and aching feet. Gigs for the month-Journey, Doobie Bros., Dave Mason, a week of rehearsals with Dead and Co., Selena Gomez, Ellie Goulding, The 1975, Death Cab for Cutie, Chvrches, Rock Star Chaos tour with Dashboard Confessional, The Cure, New Edition and Babyface, 21 Pilots and Mutemath, Ba*****ed Ladies, OMD, and Howard Jones, Bad Co. and Joe Walsh, Steely Dan and Steve Winwood, and lastly Sublime. Surreal moment of the week-Heading to my car and having Steve Winwood call out to me and wave, saying good night, thanking me, and saying he hoped to see us again. And for Dane I'm sure it was Mickey Hart coming into the kitchen to tell him his steak was cooked perfectly. We love what we do and we strive to do our best.

Ready to kick off the concert season at PNC Pavilion on Saturday with Duran Duran and Chic with Nile Rodgers. But tomorrow I'll be working for Mumford and Sons.
