Bobby Smokestaxx is a dream that has been 4 years in the making. From the development of an idea in Uniondale, New York where I was born and raised, to relocating to North Carolina over 25 years ago. Through a series of life events, cooking became my passion. I am a comedian at heart and a self-trained chef who specializes in untraditional smoked cooking techniques, in an effort to provide our customers with a variety of bold flavors that we know you will grow to appreciate and love.
