I cannot think of a more perfect picture that represents the very essence of Sara and Sam.
It was such a privilege to be their Day Of wedding coordinator back in September 2021 at the beautiful venue of in South Buffalo, NY.
They had their perfect day meticulously planned and envisioned, and we were essentially their boots on the ground executing their dream day.
A few weeks prior to the big day, we went over the couple’s mood boards and timelines. We created an inventory of all the items that would be required for set up. During the week of the wedding, I set up calls with all third party vendors to review all their contracts and create a master timeline.
On the day of, we worked with the venue and all of the incredible vendors to ensure everything ran on schedule. We also handled set up and decor for the reception area, gift tables, sweets table and guestbook.
My favorite part of this day was getting a chance to see Sara ( who I also know from our day jobs) glow with pure happiness and love as she married the love of her life.
