We got to play with neutrals, tans, ivory, and just a kiss of gold. Soft, warm, and totally them.

Also?? These two built their own backdrop AND a phone booth. When Aquia told me her plans for this I couldn’t wait to see it come alive, and damn she did the thing! We love a hands-on couple with big creative energy. 💚

The longer I run Little Dove Floral here in Charlotte, the more I realize this work is really about human connection. 💕

I first met this amazing couple at a local pop-up where I was selling my art then again at a class I was teaching where they made a stamp of their sweet pup! We kept running into each other out and about at different events and became fast friends 💕 The kind you feel like you’ve known each other for years. So when they got engaged and asked me to do their wedding flowers? I couldn’t wait.

Not just because I knew they’d want something fun and unique (which, yes please!) but because creating for friends hits different. It’s more personal. More meaningful. And honestly, more fun.

Your wedding day should feel like a reflection of the love you share and the community you’ve built along the way. Your vendor team should make you feel at ease and excited, because they are just as excited for you.

Building connections is not only at the root of my business (alongside an obsession with florals), but without it I don’t think I’d want to do it at all. Let’s create something beautiful together. 🌸

Jungle, but make it romantic. 🌿✨
This wedding was a vibe. Warm, wild, and loaded with texture and foliage. We mixed untamed ferns and tropical leaves with touches of garden-style blooms for something that felt both artful and alive. We sourced Dutch hydrangeas (courtesy of 💚) the size of your dreams, lisianthus, scabiosa pods (hello, texture), and the softest and fluffiest Playa Blanca roses.

This is your sign to go all in on fun, casual, and bright florals ✨

Lindsay and Aaron wanted their flowers to feel like the very best part of late summer. Playful, colorful, and a little bit wild, and their whole day matched that energy perfectly. We leaned into those easy, garden blooms that don’t take themselves too seriously but still make everything feel special. Candy Xpression roses, marigolds, campanula, chamomile, and loads of dahlias!

The fact that it all came together at a brewery just made it that much better: relaxed, full of laughter, and completely them. So thankful for couples who trust the process and embrace a little floral whimsy along the way 💕 More days like this 💚🤙🏻
