Today, we’re taking a moment to highlight the people behind the Pastry Team. 🍰 This group touches every brand within the Your Farms Your Table family, from the biscuits at Grey's Diner & Community Kitchen to show-stopping desserts at Restaurant Constance to all of the sweet things we create for our catering and events, and community supported meals.

Different menus, thousands of pastries a week, same incredible team behind it all. We’re lucky to have this powerhouse crew! 💛

Happy 50th birthday to the man who does it all Chef Sam Diminich ! 🎉

Chef Sam is one of the most humble, kind, and passionate people you’ll meet. He's always bringing people together, championing others, and putting his heart and soul into everything he does. We’re grateful to know you, work alongside you, and watch you pour yourself into this community. Happy birthday, Sam! 💛 Here’s to another year of doing what you do best.

From the kitchen to the dining room, food service workers show up every day to bring us together around the table. ❤️ We’re proud to celebrate alongside Giving Kitchen for National Food Service Worker Day. Their mission is simple: Make sure no one in the industry has to face a crisis alone.

Here's to the cooks, dishwashers, servers, bartenders, hosts, managers, and every person who keeps this industry moving.🫶 We see you, we value you, and we're committed to supporting a community where you're taken care of too.
