Riley joined YFYT in 2022 and quickly made her mark - moving from delivery driver to delivery manager before stepping in to help launch Restaurant Constance’s front-of-house team. Today, she leads with heart, humor, and an incredible commitment to creating unforgettable dining experiences.

A Dallas native and the only girl of six siblings, Riley brings boldness and authenticity to everything she does. She’s a proud dog mom to Nugget (the tiny but mighty Chihuahua) and Georgie (the gentle giant Great Dane). Riley is an inpsiring reflection of undeniable strength, clarity, and personal growth - all qualities she brings to our team everyday 😄✨
