-Filet mignon with roasted mushrooms and au jus
-Balsamic glazed wild salmon
-Brown butter and sage butternut squash ravioli
-Roasted broccoli and sweet potato
- Mico greens, pomegranate, apple, almond and cranberry goat cheese crostini.

Great night catering a 50th birthday dinner for wonderful friends! Thanks Ruth for all your help!
On the menu: Spring salad with berries, radish, cucumbers, and warm goat cheese. Red wine braised short ribs with Boursin whipped potatoes and garlic butter poached green beans. Cheese and fruit board to start and other fun nibbles. Cake by the Danish bakery
