We’re excited to offer a spacious, flexible studio for rent inside The Retreat. This space would be perfect for a yoga instructor, dance teacher, photographer, videographer, content creator, fitness professional, or other creative business looking for a dedicated place to work and grow.

The studio features an open layout, professional black curtains, bright overhead lighting, and a fully retractable soundproof door.

$1,250 per month includes:

• Free on-site parking
• Security
• Soundproof retractable door
• Wi-Fi and utilities
• Access to a bathroom and kitchen
• A private, versatile studio space
• Garage

A one-year lease is preferred, with a six-month minimum commitment.
