Trinity Winter Series 2017

The Trinity Winter Series will begin Monday January 16th and continue to March 2nd

Mondays and Wednesdays 6p – 7p

*Hitting and throwing (main emphasis on hitting but will slowly condition arms for Spring)
*We will use The Hitting Vault – Matt Lisle training exercises for hitting.
(some days will be an hour and fifteen minutes)

Mondays and Wednesdays 7p – 8p
*This will be a core and balance focused workout designed specifically for baseball.

This is a 7 week classLIMITED TO 10 PLAYERS!
~14 hitting and throwing sessions – valued at $490
~14 conditioning sessions valued – valued at $700
~Total Value: $1,190
