Hillary and Max, you two are something special!! When you guys booked me two years ago I already knew I was going to adore you both!! Little did I know how unique you two and your story would be! I’ve never seen two people be more of partners and more of best friends. You two brought the most precious little man into the world and he’s got the best parents to look up to!! Saturday was one for the books!!

While I have photographed many couples following the southern tradition of burying the bourbon, it wasn’t until recently that I learned there are rules to this tradition!! According to the southern tale, you must bury the bourbon 1 month before your wedding, it must be a full bottle of bourbon, it must be buried upside down and it must be in close proximity to your ceremony in order to ward off bad weather on your wedding day!! Sounds like a win win to me?? Good weather and a bottle of whiskey! Cheers friends!! 🥃
