ATTENTION TICKET HOLDERS:
We are beyond excited to celebrate New Year's Eve with you! That being said, we want you to be well prepared for the event, so please take a minute to carefully read the information below to help answer any questions you may have.
TIMES
Doors will open no later than 9:00PM; event ends at 1:00AM.
FOOD
Light hors d'hoeuvres will be served, but we still strongly suggest eating dinner prior to arriving and not relying solely on these finger food items.
EXPRESS ENTRY
To avoid standing in long and potentially cold entrance lines on the night of the event, please visit Vida Flo Charleston (located at 138 St Philip St Charleston, SC) during one of the following 3 days/times to exchange your ticket for an admission wristband:
THURSDAY 4-6PM
FRIDAY 4-6PM
SATURDAY 2-4PM
COAT CHECK
The entire venue will be heated, but we will also be providing an optional $2 coat check (cash only please).
SMOKING
No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the venue (including the rooftop terraces). Patrons are welcome to exit the venue to the bottom floor to smoke.
PARKING
Onsite parking is limited to the street and adjacent garages for hourly (or overnight) rates.
SOBER RIDE OPTIONS
Several transportation options can be found at https://mansionball.com/travel/. We want everyone to have a great and safe New Year's, so please be smart, and take advantage of these available options. Don't drink and drive.
NEED TO CHANGE THE NAME ON YOUR TICKET?
Simply log in to your account at www.Showclix.com to change the name on any ticket you have purchased. (Your Userid is the email address used to purchase the ticket and your password was included in your original confirmation email).
ALL PATRONS MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD WITH A VALID PHOTO ID TO ATTEND THIS EVENT (NO EXCEPTIONS). WE ACCEPT UNEXPIRED DRIVER’S LICENSES, MILITARY ID’S AND PASSPORTS.
