- THE PARTICULARS -

LEADING UP TO THE BIG DAY:
*Provide a Wedding Day Checklist
*1 Site Visit
*1 face to face meeting
-Provide Guidance to the bride on things that need to be done
-Probide suggestions and references throughout the planning process
*Contact all vendors a MONTH before to introduce myself and coordinate details for the wedding
*Create a wedding day time line and distribute to all n

eeded vendors

REHEARSAL DAY:
*Assist the officiant with the ceremony walk thru
*Collect decor and necessities (I.E. Wedding Rings, Marriage License)
*Participate in early setup when the venue permits
*Gather payment and/or tip envelopes to give to the vendors

RECEPTION:
*Distribute payment and/or tip envelopes to vendors
*ASSIST with cleanup at the end of the night
*We will be on site as soon as needed to setup & meet vendors
*Making sure all vendors have arrived on time and have no last minute questions
*Keep everyone on track with the time line so everything runs in order and knows where they need to be at that time.
