four tips that might be tough…
but I promise they’ll make your planning experience WAY better!
(but first: hi, I’m Randi! I’ve been working with bachelorette parties for 7+ years to plan amazing weekends — from decor to itineraries, I’ve seen it all!)
I hear from girls ALL the time that they’re feeling overwhelmed, not sure where to start, or can’t keep track of everything they have to do…
but I want gals all across the country (no matter where they’re planning!) to be able to walk into their bestie’s bachelorette feeling confident, knowing what’s to come, and able to be *fully* present with their group because every detail has been thought of in advance
so without further ado, four things that I would do for EVERY bach, without fail:
1. figure out your destination, your vibe, and your general itinerary FIRST — don’t even contact the group until you’ve got this down
2. GET 👏🏻 DEPOSITS 👏🏻 FROM 👏🏻 THE 👏🏻 GIRLS 👏🏻 — this locks them in and lets you know they’re serious (and you won’t have to front money to book your dream Airbnb)
3. start a spreadsheet + have one centralized place that the group can find EVERYTHING. pin the link in your group text so the girls can just click and see what they need to pack, plan for, bring… all the things. the girls won’t have to text you for every little thing!
4. think ahead about all the things that might come up. make it easy on yourself by anticipating transport, tips, + even your grocery list (our spreadsheets cover all these things and more!)
and finally.. relax. if you’ve planned ahead + communicated with your group, you’ll be able to actually chill, focus on your bride, and enjoy your weekend away!

cheering you on! xo, Randi
