Amber was such a pleasure to work with. She had great ideas and was willing to make changes to her normal menu items at my request. The food prepared for the sample tasting for our daughter’s wedding was not only delicious, but presented in such a beautiful way. Amber brought a small army to prepare and serve at the reception and food was always being brought out fresh. No guest ever had to look for it. The servers were happy and engaging, which made it enjoyable for the guests. I knew we were in good hands. The compliments just kept coming. I’m looking forward to when I may be able to use Charleston Catering again. I would highly recommend them. It was such a great experience." -Valerie Hare
