A big shoutout to all of the vendors who were a part of the event today! We appreciate each of you and it is our hope that you have a successful year this year as we have begun to kickoff the vendor season along with you. Please take a moment if you haven’t already and like and follow our page for future planned events.

SETUP DETAILS for March 18 - 2nd Annual Peek Into Spring Pop Up Shop @ South Charleston Community Center is as follows:

• Begin @ 8AM until doors open @ 11AM
• There will only be 1 side of the gym (1st set of doors)open to come in/out of, so please pull down, unload as quickly as possible, and move your vehicle so others can have an opportunity to unload. (We will be down to help direct the flow of traffic so we can make it as easy for everyone.)
• There will be spaces marked with your name and we will direct you once you come into the building.
• Make sure you have your peddler’s license or a copy of the receipt where you’ve paid if you don’t have yours in hand…”They will be checking to make sure you have them.”
• We kindly ask the vendors to stay the entire time of the event and not leave early.

Every vendor that is on the cofirmed list in our previous post has been sharing the event and for that we say, “Thank You”. We have advertised, posted via social media, boosted posts, put out yard signs, etc. But we all know that word-of-mouth is the best referral source!

So, between now and Saturday, and even while you’re at the event, share, share, share the event so that your COI’s (circles of influence) and your business customers will be able to find you and . It takes ALL of us to make a successful event! We are looking forward to seeing everyone who have been our regular vendors and those who are new!

If you have been sent an invoice for the show and have not paid, your spot will be opened to other vendors who are interested in being a part of the event.

If you are on our waiting list in the event someone cannot make it, you will be contacted by us to fill the spot.

If you are a CONFIRMED/PAID vendor of the event this weekend, YOU MUST HAVE A COPY OF YOUR PEDDLER LICENSE (City of Spith Charleston) WIITH YOU WHILE YOU ARE PRESENT @ our event. THEY WILL BE CHECKING TO SEE WHO does/does not have their license. If you don’t get your license through city in time, bring your receipt where you paid for it and that should be ok!

There are still some pending vendors who have not paid for their spot in our event as well as some pending applications! You’ll need to get your payment in to confirm your spot. We will not accept payment for your spot the day of the event.

In an effort to confirm the vendors for the upcoming event we ask that if you have received an application, completed it & received an invoice, please pay the invoice for your vendor spot. YOUR SPOT IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED!

We have other vendors that sell “like items”that are on our waiting list and will be offered the vendor spot.

👀 OPEN FOR VENDORS AND CRAFTERS👀 Our 2nd Annual “Peek Into Spring” Pop Up Shop conveniently located in South Charleston @ the Community Center. We had a great turnout last year and are looking forward to an even better turnout this year! We are also looking forward to having returning and new vendors! A Google form must be filled out in its entirety in order to be considered as a vendor. All vendor spaces will be approximately 10’ x 10’.
