Funny story:

These are my best friends. That cute little dude in the flannel is my nephew, the boy I prayed for for 10 years while his mom and I both struggled with infertility, the boy Id do anything for.

I went to their house before photos to help everyone get ready. We had a conversation about how the boy in the flannel could not wear crocs (he wanted to wear toe crocs and his mom and I yelled NOOOOO at the same time). It was a very dramatic conversation about how he needed to wear his boots.

We all get out the door and get to Red Haw. Guess who is wearing green crocs. His mom missed it. His dad missed it. Big sister missed it. Photographer/aunt missed it. We all forgot to check his feet before we walked out the door.

So anyway here's their family photos of him proudly sporting crocs. They fell apart before photos were over so jokes on him 🤣

Between soccer, tumbling and football my weekdays evenings are fully booked.
