Providence Chappell Hill Church on the Main Stage, October 11th!

Join us for a one-of-a-kind service in the heart of Chappell Hill. We’ll be gathering at the festival Main Stage at 5315 Main Street, Chappell Hill, TX 77426, with gates opening at 8:30 AM.

Come early, grab a spot near the stage, and enjoy complimentary coffee and kolaches — graciously sponsored by Chappell Hill Bakery And Deli and Chappell Hill Coffee Co. — before we worship together.

Service begins at 9:30 AM and runs through 10:30 AM. Stay a while afterward and grab a ticket to hear Black Cat Choir at 11 AM! Give yourself plenty of time to park. Please note, Main Street will be entirely closed off from Providence St. to FM 2447, so come from the south side, from Hwy 290, and you will see the parking signs right next to the Main Stage.

This isn’t just a church service — it’s a moment. Justin Fordinal will bring a powerful word, and the Newberrys will lead us in worship with a full live band, all under the open Texas sky. We believe this is a chance for something special to happen in our community, and we want as many people as possible to be a part of it.

That means you, your neighbors, your coworkers, and friends from other local churches. This is an open invitation to every congregation and every person in the area. Come as you are, bring someone with you, and let’s make this a morning Chappell Hill won’t forget.

Some places are more than buildings — they’re part of the story of Chappell Hill. 🤍

Founded in 1852, Chappell Hill Methodist Church has been a part of this community for generations. After the Galveston storm of September 1900 destroyed the original church, the building was rebuilt in 1901 (the historic church that still stands today).

Recognized by the Texas Historical Commission, Historic Site Marker, and the National Register, the church carries a legacy that has helped shape Chappell Hill for more than 170 years. Today, the church continues that legacy as part of the Global Methodist Church, welcoming the community and carrying its history forward.
