Today, I want to recognize our incredible intern, Sophie, for the amazing impact she has made at Whispering Pines.
Over the past weeks, Sophie has embraced nearly every aspect of the floral shop with enthusiasm, creativity, and dedication. From helping improve areas of our website to creating a more efficient system for managing multiple order pickups, her contributions have made a real difference in our daily operations.
As a business owner, I truly value feedback and fresh perspectives. Being open to new ideas has helped our business grow, and Sophie is a perfect example of why. Watching her step into different roles, share her ideas, and bring them to life has been inspiring. Giving her the opportunity to bloom and seeing her confidence grow has been one of the most rewarding experiences.
The next generation brings so much innovation, energy, and creativity, and Sophie has reminded me how valuable those fresh perspectives can be.
