It was a rainy morning but that just allowed for the perfect overcast weather photos to be taken for this beautiful greenhouse garden wedding for Nhi and Alex.
Tulips and orchids were a favorite of the bride’s, and you know I love a clean, chic look with seasonal blooms.

When our amazing bride Lauren asked for all local flowers for her garden party wedding, I knew I had to deliver something magnificent.
The suspended chandelier over the dance floor pulled everything together, and was filled with local dahlia, zinnia, celosia, cosmos, and amaranthus from STEMZ | Floral Wholesale

It’s such a blessing to be able to use the flowers that grow right here in North Carolina and have them look like this. When I was an event florist in NYC, we had to import literally everything and it was such a different experience.

When it came to the ceremony flowers for Madison + Jonathan’s wedding day, we had a vision for mindfully repurposing everything so that the reception felt unique and that the flowers would really pop against the burgundy backdrop.
With a hard table vision from Vow & Verve | Luxury Wedding Planning & Design we decided on a caterpillar style look with gorgeous flowers in between the tables. This made the pale green and white bloom stand out so gorgeously alongside the burgundy tablecloth. Then, we tied bows onto each candlestick for a little something extra.

Hey all you flower lovers, I thought I’d make another introduction for all my new friends here. I’m Christine, the owner of Wild Flora 🌸

You’ll find me on your wedding day unloading our van Petunia, giving you your bouquet and coaching you on how to hold it, flying high on a ladder to hang your greenery from the ceiling, placing the centerpieces so that you see the best angle from your direction, and coming back for a slice of wedding cake.
I take pride in not only being the face you see during the design process, but also a big part of the wedding day labor work too.

It was an incredible day filled with joy, laughter, and so many bright summer colors.
This ceremony design was larger than life in the π“π‘πž π‡π’π¬π­π¨π«π’πœ π–πšπ€πžπŸπ’πžπ₯𝐝 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐧 | π‘πšπ₯𝐞𝐒𝐠𝐑, 𝐍𝐂 space, and the local blooms like dahlia and zinnia just made this feel so seasonal and special to the wedding date.

I love using a range of colors in our designs, and bringing out the best seasonal blooms to highlight them. It’s officially fall season and I cannot wait to share so many incredible design with you all!
