The Dead of Winter Fest is an annual heavy metal festival which started January 2015 in Mesa, AZ that celebrates local bands from the region. Over 15 schools have been impacted with over $10,000 worth of equipment and repairs since we started and we are not stopping anytime soon!

Frye Elementary actually needed more than a mere saxophone. They also needed some clarinets and trumpets (and another sax). And those showed up yesterday!

Go spread the word and tell everyone how the Phoenix heavy metal scene has been a stand for youth music education since 2015 🤘😎🤘
