Oh those Bridesmaid Dresses!!!

Just so everyone understands this can be the biggest hassle in your whole Wedding plans.

The role of a Bridesmaid is to take care of the Bride but these days this honorary position is often held by Divas who want to steal the show. Often times a Bride just wants the Bridesmaids to wear what ever they want. The following picture is what that looks like.

Things to consider when you are deciding on Bridesmaid Dresses.

Does it compliment your dress or take away from your dress?

If you want to be the star in your big day choose the same dress for all bridesmaids.
* This sameness keeps the focus on you.
* Make sure the dress covers everyone wear it should and is
not distracting
* You may love the dress but if your girls all hate you may
want to have them try something else.

What about the same color and material but different hem lines and or different tops? Again where do you want your guests eyes? On you and your spouse or on the differences in the girls dresses. See second picture below.

The best solution to keep all attention on the Bride and Groom is all the dresses the same except if you want to have small difference with a maid/matron of Honor.

If your someone who would rather not have all eyes on you a great solution to keep the focus off is to have your girls wear the same color and fabric but different top styles.
