Congratulations to the 2018 Arizona Colleen & Rose, Kelsey Christian Maryanne Kelleher! We could not be more proud of Kelsey.

As someone who works here at the Irish Cultural Center and McClelland Library, and represents the Irish Community here in Phoenix by being the President of the Arizona Friends of St. Patrick and a member of the Irish Foundation of Arizona, we already knew that Kelsey exhibits all of the qualities necessary to be crowned. We are ecstatic that she will represent the Arizona Irish Community both here and in the Rose of Tralee International Festival in Ireland in August.

Kelsey possesses all of the talent, intellect, beauty, aspirations, ambition and social responsibility to serve as an excellent ambassador for Arizona and the United States and will be an outstanding role model to future contestants. As a gracious and modern young woman who is extremely proud of her Irish heritage, she is a superb representative for AZ at the Rose of Tralee festival.

We also want to congratulate all of the contestants as each and every one of them are outstanding young women.
