A wisteria canopy of over 900 wisteria garlands. Rustic vines covered benches just like the movie! The aisle is made of real moss and the aisle is lined with real ferns. Moss covered logs everywhere! A flagstoned area be under the arch. Your Twilight reception will include twinkling lights at your bridal seating with wisteria and tulle draping. Pine Creek Hideaway offers you a beautiful, serene, rustic outdoor wedding venue. We presently have one ceremonial site at the creek, but if you have something in mind or find another area you love, we will help in anyway we can to make it beautiful for you. Optional sites include the deck area, the wedding stairs landing and the flagstone patio. We also have many 100 year old oaks that could be draped and created into a beautiful ceremonial site. Only your imagination limits you. We offer discounted rates for Friday and Sunday weddings. All taxes are included in the prices below. Pine Creek Hideaway requires a nonrefundable $1000 deposit to reserve the date for your event. The remainder of the balance will be due 30 days prior to your event. We do not provide catering, food, beverages, beer, liquor, wine or ice. Your choice of caterer, band or DJ and bartender (if serving alcohol) are provided by you. * The venue is yours from 9am-11pm on Saturday (9pm Monday-Thursday and Sunday) for your event day! We do not limit you to only a few hours for your ceremony and reception! This is your special day and we encourage you to celebrate all day!
* You are welcome to make an appointment for your wedding rehearsal a few days before the wedding. (Subject to availability, just call and we will make sure you are well rehearsed). You are also welcome to use the venue for bridal photos prior to your wedding as well. Just call for an appointment!
* Use of our bridal cabin for your special day. (Includes a stocked mini fridge, a goodie basket with snacks and emergency supplies such as needle and thread, pins, personal hygiene items, hairspray etc.) The cabin has AC/Heat and a sitting area, with fireplace, plenty of mirrors and a full bathroom with shower. Ample electrical outlets available for curling irons, etc.
* Use of the rustic redwood ceremony arbor which is 8' x 10' with a raised platform and stairs, includes bench seating benches and whiskey barrel for sand or unity ceremony. A beautiful, rustic, hanging chandelier is included inside the arbor (Several choices of colors). It is framed with a rustic split rail fence. Includes a quaint, rustic, painted doorway entrance to your aisle! The arbor overlooks a beautiful wood fern lined (ferns are seasonal), meandering, clear water creek with towering 20 ft banks! There are several 75 feet tall, 100 yr old oaks nestled in the creek! There are beautiful dogwoods in the spring (seasonal March-April), gorgeous oranges and reds in the fall and a blanket of greenery in the summer at this site. It is breathtaking! We drape for you! We have beige burlap, white or ivory lace and many different colors of tulle. If we don't have your color, we will purchase it for you!. We have doe and fawns that frequent this area as well. Don't be surprised if you see one! Gentle, friendly pets are allowed at your ceremony! Beware they will steal the show!
* Use of our 1200 sq ft covered, outdoor reception deck with built in bridal party seating. There is also a 12 x 24’ uncovered area on the deck and lower landing. Part of this area is covered by an 8' x 10' balcony. Perfect for draping for your wedding cake! A grand, redwood staircase fit for a queen, escorts you to your awaiting groom. The perimeter of this area also features a 5 ft X 10 ft bar pavilion, adorned with rustic geckos, complete with storage, shelves and flagstone flooring. Space heaters will be provided in the cooler months and a misting system is in place for the HOT Texas summer months.
* Use of our HUGE 30 x 60’ flagstone patio with fire pit for your cocktail hour and for dancing to celebrate your special day! This site can alternately be set up with tables for your reception. We also provide the firewood for the fire pit for those cool nights!
* Built in ground speakers for your prerecorded music near the patio. Sound System is compatible with your laptop, cd’s or ipod. (coming soon)
* INCLUDED IN RATES: Round or rectangle tables to seat 130, up to 130 chairs, ivory chair covers, White china dinnerware or mismatched vintage china, stemware and silverware to make your table beautiful! No fake plastic plates at this venue! Buffet, cake, appetizer and gift tables skirted with toppers are included. Tables can be set up on deck or flagstone patio.
* Your evening wedding reception will be lit by thousands of twinkling clear lights that climb and surround dozens of trees near the flagstone patio as well as other candle lighting and uplighting. It is breathtaking!
* We provide the table and all the jars and rustic signs to set up your candy bar! (You bring the goodies)
* We provide Ball and or Mason jars for candles, hanging decorations, sand ceremony or centerpieces. (Please bring your own candles and florals)
* Rustic Chandeliers on the deck and arbor and even hanging from the trees if you want! You tell us where you want them! (You bring your own candles).
* Use of 2 rustic whiskey/wine barrels for cake or sand ceremony or photo display.
* Use of our rustic rope tree swing for your special portrait moments. Many other props on property to utilize for photos.
* We provide rustic directional signs guiding your guests to specific areas.
* Bar area and use of margarita blenders. The bar area features a 5 ft X 10 ft covered bar pavilion, adorned with rustic geckos, complete with storage, shelves and flagstone flooring. We do not provide food or beverages, beer , wine or ice. (Bartender must be provided if you will be serving alcoholic drinks). If you do not have one, we can provide for a small fee- $150 for 4 hours.

We allow ANY bride who wants to have a photo shoot at our venue to come do so FREE of charge! Yes, you heard me correctly. Even if you don't book here and you want some awesome rustic photos, you are welcome! Just call or message me for an appt time on the weekend and its yours for a couple of hours! (Subject to you allowing us to post some photos of you in our background on our websites). Other non wedding related photo shoots are $50 dollars an hr with a 2 hr maximum. This rate would apply to any photo shoot- bridal, graduation, pregnant mommy, family, etc. This is for the use of the venue only.
