At the kitchen, working two weddings, one of them a vibrant Mexican celebration. What does a chef do when he’s keeping it mostly protein these days in his own diet and just so happens to have some shrimp on hand? You hit them with our signature spice rub, grill them over lump Mesquite coal, drizzle with fresh lime juice, and finish with a toss of fresh cilantro. Simple. Bold. Delicious.

Authentic Birria street tacos, red tamales, frijoles charros, cilantro lime rice. Was a big hit with a great crowd of critics of this type of cuisine. Not to mention the amazing cookies made by Chef Tiera! People were hiding stashes of her Dulce de Leche!
