This past weekend, our farm and winery were filled with the joy and warmth of Silvana and Nathan’s wedding — a true Italian-style celebration from start to finish! With the bride’s parents and relatives being from Italy, every moment was infused with family, love, and of course, incredible food and wine.
Guests were welcomed with a stunning antipasto board before enjoying a feast worthy of an Italian family table: seasoned roast beef, herbed chicken, baked salmon, and a trio of pastas featuring our farm-inspired homemade sauces — fresh tomato basil, brown butter sage, and creamy alfredo. 🍝✨
The groom’s family embraced the tradition wholeheartedly, and the night ended just as it should — with wood-fired pizza fresh from our ovens as a late-night treat under the stars. 🍕
Our team felt a special connection with this amazing family as we shared stories of our own Italian roots and our love for bringing people together over food and wine. We wish Silvana and Nathan a lifetime of happiness and look forward to welcoming them — and their families — back to the winery again and again. ❤️🍷

This past weekend, we had the honor of hosting the most beautiful celebration for Olivia & Heath 💕✨
Their wedding weekend was filled with love, laughter, and togetherness—from a relaxing Friday spent adding personal touches to the barn and feasting on our ultimate grazing boards & wood-fired pizzas under the twinkling lights, to a picture-perfect Saturday where the bridal party enjoyed a peaceful morning in our cabins before the big “I do.”
With sunny skies overhead and the natural beauty of our Pine Grove offering shade and serenity, their ceremony felt straight out of a dream. Guests then headed to our historic barn to share in a feast and a night of pure joy, surrounded by family, friends, and so much love. 🌿🍷
Congratulations to Olivia & Heath! We wish you both endless happiness and can’t wait to welcome you back to the winery for more hand-tossed pizza, organic wines, and new memories together. 🥂❤️

💍✨ Love, laughter, and a kiss to remember! ✨💍
This past weekend, Aubrie & Stavros said “I do” beneath the towering pines of our ceremony forest on the most perfect sunny day. 🌲☀️ Hand in hand, they walked back down the aisle as husband and wife — pausing for one more dramatic kiss that had everyone smiling and cheering.
From the very start, this couple radiated joy, and their friends and family matched their energy all weekend long. Our team was honored to care for them every step of the way — from hand-tossed Neapolitan pizzas at their rehearsal dinner, to a lavish charcuterie spread for cocktail hour, to a dinner featuring slow-smoked beef brisket, chicken parm, and an array of savory sides. 🍕🥩🍗
Of course, the sweetest ending came with the beloved Pittsburgh tradition — a cookie table overflowing with homemade treats, lovingly baked by their family. 🍪❤️
Aubrie & Stavros, your kindness, beauty, and warmth lit up our historic barn and made the entire weekend unforgettable — for your guests and for our smiling staff. Thank you for letting us be part of your story. 💖

✨ Wildflower magic in full bloom! ✨
This past weekend, we had the absolute joy of hosting the breathtaking wedding of Mallory and Ramon — a celebration as vibrant, kind, and beautiful as the couple themselves. 🌸💍
Their dream? A whimsical, wildflower wonderland — and what a dream it was! From their one-of-a-kind ceremony arch to a sweetheart table backdrop arch draped in blooms, every detail was alive with the beauty of Mother Nature. Mallory shared her vision through a few inspiration photos, and we rolled up our sleeves — sourcing flowers from several locations including a nearby flower farm and even gathering wild treasures from our very own fields. 🌼🌾💐
The result? A joyful orchestra of color and texture that felt like summer’s finest love song — surrounding this lovely couple with the very essence of natural beauty, set against the backdrop of our historic farm and winery.

We had an absolute blast hosting this gorgeous group of 14 ladies last weekend for a fabulous bachelorette celebration at the winery! The bride-to-be, who is proudly of Italian descent, was raving that our pizza and wine tasted just like Italy—and we couldn’t be more honored! 🇮🇹💕
Between the natural wine, the wood-fired pizza, the overflowing charcuterie boards, and all the laughter echoing through the farm… this celebration was pure joy from start to finish.

This past weekend, we had the honor of hosting the truly lovely wedding of Annabel and Jon at our country farm and winery retreat. Surrounded by a warm-hearted, joyful group of family and friends, it was a weekend full of love, laughter, and the kind of moments you never forget.
The bride’s favorite color was purple, so our signature blueberry lavender lemonade made the perfect cocktail hour refresher on a beautiful summer day. From there, guests enjoyed our organic, all-natural wines and a fresh seasonal feast, served with smiles by our incredible staff.

SanaView Farms at Roaring Run is a 52 acre Historic Landmark Organic Farm located in Champion, PA.
This journey starting back in 2012 when my son, Nathan, and I saw the farm for the very first time. We were greated with an old farm house, a big barn in disrepair, a springhouse and chicken coop that were surrounded by plentiful amounts of gorgeous land. I never expected that it would turn out to be the wonderful, healing place it is today.
With natural spring water feeding the entire property, we had a fantastic opportunity to not only provide the freshest water possible for our guests, but to also water our organic produce with water completely free from chemicals. Take the opportunity try our produce, you will notice the difference in the first bite!
With amazing couples enjoying the farm for their perfect wedding day, to the amazing team I have, to the joy the place brings to everyone who visits. SanaView Farms has been a dream-come-true for me and I am so glad you are able to enjoy it to!
You can see by these photos just how much has changed in the short time we have owned this wonderful property! Our fully renovated barn includes a new patio and patio roof to provide cover for weddings, parties, and dinner events, greatly expanding the usable space.
We are hosting beautiful weddings, Farm-to-Table events, live music events, rejuvenation and empowerment retreats as well as being a venue for you to bring your guests for birthday parties, graduation events, wedding showers and more.
