NEW in The Ember Room - Pearl Art Nights! Our first one is this fall and we are SO excited to have you!

Get ready to create something beautiful while you sip and snack the evening away in our cozy space!

This is a full night built around slowing down, making art with your hands, and hanging out in a space that feels like fall.

You'll pick your own pearl art design from a few gorgeous fall options and you'll leave with a finished piece!

While you work, we've got a charcuterie cup just for you, a mocktail bar for delicious drinks, and music playing in the background that makes the whole thing feel like a night out instead of a craft class.

Bring a friend, bring your whole group chat, or come solo and leave with new friends and a new piece of art. Spots are limited because we want everyone to actually have room to create.

$50 per person gets you your pearl art kit, a charcuterie cup, and mocktails.

Our first bridal shower in the space is happening tomorrow and we’re so excited to watch it all come together with the client’s personal touches on top of what we already provide.

Every event rental at The Ember Room includes tables, chairs, and linens plus a custom floor plan so the room is set up exactly the way you want it before you even arrive. You’re not walking into an empty room and figuring it out yourself, it’s already done for you!

Our space holds up to 36 guests so it’s perfect for something intimate and intentional.

Our space is available for bridal showers, baby showers, birthday celebrations, and other small private events. We wanted to give you a little visual inspiration for what it could look like styled up; these interior layouts you see in this post are Al rendered into our real space so you can start imagining the possibilities before you even see it in person.

The bones are there, the natural light is there, and the warmth of this space does a lot of the heavy lifting on its own.

We are Champaign's only all-inclusive micro wedding venue and everything your day requires is already included when you book with us. No vendor coordination, no chasing down quotes from six different people, no wondering if everything is going to come together. You show up, you get married, and we handle every single detail in between.

Up to 36 guests and one price that includes your photography, licensed officiant, hair and makeup for two, florals, elevated grazing and charcuterie, a mocktail and soda bar, curated playlist, furniture, linens, place settings, decor, and full setup and teardown.
