What an awesome evening it was serving at the Cumberland Valley Breast Care Alliance (CVBCA) Pink Ribbon Dinner this past Tuesday! 💗

These photos showcase just a few of the appetizer platters we were honored to create for such an inspiring group of breast cancer survivors. We are incredibly grateful to have been part of this special event and are already looking forward to serving these amazing women again at next year's dinner. 🩷🫶🩷

In other news, the Tara's Table team is taking a much-needed break this week to rest, recharge, and spend time with our loved ones after two very busy weeks of catering events. As many small business owners know, taking time off isn't always easy. The bills still need paid, emails still need answered, inventory still needs counted, and there is always something on the never-ending to-do list.

Chef Tara has been going full steam ahead since starting this business over two years ago and rarely takes a day off. This week we're giving ourselves a little grace and taking some time to unwind.

We'll be releasing a brand-new Black Apron Eats menu this coming Thursday, so stay tuned! We can't wait to get back in the kitchen and cook for our amazing meal prep clients.

We were honored to cater the Cumberland Valley Breast Care Alliance (CVBCA) Pink Ribbon Dinner last night for the second year in a row. A huge thank you to Samantha and the entire CVBCA team for allowing us to be part of such a meaningful event. 🩷

Catering is hard work, but we're committed to delivering a top-notch experience every time. After a busy stretch and with two more caterings coming up this week, we've decided to take a short break and will not be offering a new Black Apron Eats menu this week. Chef Tara hasn't slowed down much in the past two years, so it's time for a little rest.

We've been a little MIA lately, and we wanted to apologize for that, and also for not offering a Black Apron Eats menu this week.

We've been deep in catering mode and are incredibly grateful for the opportunities keeping us busy! Thursday, we were brought back to where it all began with a catering at Hagerstown Community College . Last night, we wrapped up a catering for the annual LuHowl event held at the beautiful Milestone Farm for Humane Society of Washington County . Today, we're right back at it preparing for the annual Breast Cancer Survivor Dinner hosted by the Cumberland Valley Breast Care Alliance (CVBCA) at the stunning Majestic At Whiskey Run .

We also have two more caterings on the calendar before the week is over, so our focus is currently on serving those events to the best of our ability.

We're going to do our best to release a Black Apron Eats menu on Thursday. However, if the week gets away from us, we may need to postpone BAE for another week. We appreciate your patience, understanding, and support while we navigate a very busy catering season.
