It’s been awhile! I stepped away from this page for a bit, but I want to slowly start sharing my work again ☺️ Thanks for sticking around.
This time of year, I always tell myself I’m going to get to bed at a good time, and then here I am. 😅
This session is a perfect example of why I cram so many photo sessions in at the end of Summer/beginning of Fall! It is the most gorgeous time, and my back yard & garden are one of my favorite places to shoot! I have a huge editing log that I’ve been working through, but the beauty that late Summer/early Fall brings, is more than worth it!

Hanna is a senior and it’s crazy to think I was just two years older than she is now, when I first met her momma when we waitresses together years ago! I had so much fun taking Hanna’s senior photos & I’m so glad that she was up for all of my crazy ideas! How cool did this flower shot turn out?! She even got into our old, super sketchy boat on the pond. 🙌🏻 😂

I had to come back from my social media sharing hiatus to share these, because I adore everything about this session.

Mandy first reached out to me in the Spring of 2022, after years of trying for a baby, she and her husband Matt were in the beginning stages of their first round of IVF. They wanted everything documented along the way, through both film and photos.

Over the past year and a half, we have laughed together and cried together. Not only did I gain a new appreciation for the 3 healthy babies I had at home, and knowledge in something I knew nothing about, but I also gained friends. I have had the privilege of being there from the nerves of their first IVF shots, the giddiness of their first transfer day, their first “congratulations, you’re pregnant!” voicemail, and the first time seeing their baby on an ultrasound. Sadly, Mandy and Matt's first baby did not make it earth side, and I have watched them handle an insurmountable amount of grief and hardship with so much grace, never wavering in that they believed someone needed to hear their story, and that God was using them for His greater good.

After a few failed transfers, they finally became pregnant with their rainbow baby earlier this year. They are now just a week or two (if that!) away from holding their sweet baby in their arms.

We captured their maternity photos on their family farm, and of course we had to include their beloved cows!

A huge congratulations to the Stahls, and please pray with me for a healthy delivery, mama and baby.
I truly can’t wait to see them as mom and dad, I already know they will be wonderful parents! 🤍

I was so honored to capture these photos for Raven and her girls. This family has been through many trials, and through it all they've never lost faith. December of last year, Raven was in the ICU on a ventilator. God knew her girls needed her more, and Raven is a testimony to the power of prayer. What a miracle she is. We snagged some photos of senior Italia during this session as well.
