First Devents wedding celebration was a blast!

We had so much fun designing this Abruzzo-style menu, which gave the groom an opportunity to share his culture with his new bride’s family.

Huge thanks to the amazing support staff for this one. really knocked it out of the park on a few of these dishes.

Absolutely adore the East Coast. I’m biased because of all the seafood! Had so much fun visiting our amazing family, who hosted and allowed me to go crazy at the fish market.

Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes - Irish Butter and Fresh Garden Sage in cast iron on the grill. Homemade Remoulade.

Chagrin Jaycees annual Chili Cook-off. Couldn’t help ourselves having fun with this one.

Yes, we do actually have a decent Chili recipe. However, after working to perfect the chowder recipe over the last year, we felt inclined to share. Added some 🦐 for fun.

No expectations of winning this one, but we definitely created a few more raving fans and was cleaned out entirely too early!
