❤️ GROWING, EVOLVING & STAYING TRUE TO OUR ROOTS! 🌱
What started in 2018 as a small catering business has grown into something we could have never fully imagined.

Over the years, Humble Hearts has continued to evolve, but one thing has remained the same; our love for bringing people together through food and genuine hospitality.
Today, we're building on that foundation through:

🍽️ Express Catering — Making gatherings easier with good food and thoughtful hospitality.
🌱 Micro Farming — Growing fresh food and strengthening our connection to local agriculture.
🥕 Fresh Food & Prepared Meals — Creating more ways for our community to enjoy wholesome, convenient food.
🤝🏾 Community Education — Connecting food, farming, and learning through meaningful experiences and partnerships.

We recently had the opportunity to share the Humble Hearts journey at the SBDC Small Business Showcase, and it was a wonderful reminder of just how far we've come.
We're incredibly grateful for the Small Business Development Center, our community partners, customers, and everyone who has supported us through every season of growth.
As we continue to evolve, our mission remains rooted in food, farming, hospitality, and community.

And we're excited for what's ahead!

Our hearts are full!

Humble Hearts would like to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who came out, purchased a meal, donated, volunteered, shared our posts, and showed love for our Community Dinner Fundraiser.

Together, we raised $1,000 to support Blank Canvas’s pilot Shore Roots Program! 🌱

Shore Roots is about giving local students the opportunity to LEARN, GROW & SERVE through hands-on experiences in food, agriculture, leadership, workforce readiness, and community connection. Every dollar raised helps us turn that vision into real experiences for our students.

Tears, sobbing, and devastation... That was my reaction when I pitched my idea for the first time in 2024. I was completely falling over my words and got stuck like a deer in the headlights, trying to remember my one-minute pitch. After that, I vowed I would NEVER do that again...

Fast forward to 2026, more mature and more resolved in my mission to bring farm, food, and hospitality together. Settled in my mission to build connections, gathering spaces, and bring a shared responsibility for caring for one another back to the forefront of our communities through food, I signed up for the Start1Up Md roadshow. And guess what.... I WON FIRST PLACE!

Thank you to every mentor from CatalystQ and Shelly Gross Wade, Queen Anne's County Economic Development, Nancy LaJoice, Scott Hines, Upper Shore Regional Council, Startup Maryland ,Washington College, and my fellow pitchers. Most importantly, to my team and everyone who has heard my vision and believed in it with me. The Lord is faithful, and my heart is full!
