After spending hours, days and months planning my own wedding, I became overwhelmed very quickly! I was so over making so many decisions. I had trouble keeping track of and staying
within my wedding budget which just kept getting larger and I kept becoming more stressed and less organized. So i made a decision to hire a wedding planner but after looking at the thousands of dollar price tag and that it still would not be a decision free process I dug back in and started to try to organize it all. I used wedding planner guides, checklist after checklist and free tools only to still become overwhelmed with so much information out there and not one easy way to plan and organize my wedding while I was still working a full time job with other life obligations! I KNEW THERE HAD TO BE A BETTER WAY...
Only years later after being a wedding planner and owning my own wedding venue did I decide to develop Polly Planner. After watching brides go through working full time jobs and trying to handle all the details of planning their perfect day did I see that their fairy tale wedding slowly turned into a year of wedding nightmares followed by hopefully the perfect day and a week of sleep recovery. I became determined to make the planning of one of the most important days simplified, easy, budget conscious, and above all enjoyable!
