5.17.2026 married at last!

Playing to the tune of the first dance, this destination wedding in Cancun was everything dream weddings are made of. Rustling palm trees, sky blue water, editorials to die for, surrounded by the most important people, family, friends, heavy weights in the tequila drinking club, tear streamers, belly laughters, hoot and hollering and heart-full moments that even had this photographer never wanting to leave, even after 14,000 steps!

I’ll treasure this one forever. Thank you to ALL that came to celebrate! Thank you vendors for helping make this dream wedding possible!

Sugar Ray put a date on me but this is the song playing rent free in my head while going through all these snaps -mine and theirs🥹. We don’t do this often, so when my sweet friends rallied together to celebrate my big 4-0 by joining me on this Cancún trip, I HAD to make a little session out of it. Obviously. These are some of the people who make it genuinely difficult to pour every waking hour into the business and I mean that as the highest compliment! The tug of war between a thriving work life and a thriving personal life is real, but this community makes it a battle tremendously worth fighting for. So grateful for all of them, and so grateful they haven’t left me yet with my constant “sorry, I have a shoot” rain checks 😅🥰

One of my favorite couples celebrated their daughter’s first birthday in a big and delicious way at in MD and needless to say, I left this birthday with a full belly and an even fuller heart! It’s always about the people for me, and I hope little Hallie will look back on these as an adult one day and see just how much love was poured on her from the start!

5.8.2026 Married!

They married where they first met 🥲. Rust Manor House was a venue that meant a lot to the couple because years ago, this was the very place they met at another friend’s wedding, who eventually became a bridesmaid for this one you see before you 🥹

Perfect weather, incredible energy, and filled with a comfy type of love all around, happy day 1 to this lovely lovely pair! 😭😭

Oh Tiffaney and David, how I loved our time together. We were able to take photos at the tail end of the spring blooms and just like that, I am heading towards the end of my engagement photo season and embarking on my wedding marathon month with a whopping 7 weddings in May! I only personally take on a max of 2-3 a month, so I am SOOO thankful for my extremely talented associates that will be carrying some of the load and SOOO excited for all the anticipated weddings to come!! ☺️☺️☺️

An engagement session at + The Chinatown Arch 🤍

What a setting to take photos! The Conrad’s sweeping wooden walls, the marble floors, ceilings that move like water and then outside, that colorful famous arch, standing proud against the bluest sky!
The city really showed up for these two and i loved getting to know this duo! The whole session actually felt just like them too -elegant, fun, easy and bright.

DC, ya did good!!
