Effective immediately, a $100 refundable deposit will be required for all bookings. This deposit will be fully refunded upon inspection, provided the property is left in good condition. However, if the space is left excessively dirty or damaged, the deposit will be retained to cover cleaning or repair costs.
While we regret the need for this policy, recent incidents have left us with no choice but to implement this measure to ensure the upkeep of our property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
