The new owners have opened up Smitty’s Burger Barn in our former Centralia location. We are excited for them on their new journey. We are going out with a bang on our last day! This is 90 pounds of brisket for the biggest wedding we have ever done! (350 people) Also we in the middle of making 342 pizzas for a fundraiser for the Clinton county flag football league where we help raised $862 dollars! Again I can’t thank everyone enough for the hundreds of kind words, messages, and text! We are going to miss our customers and we are humbled by you letting us serve you.
