What is a Supper Club?

Traditionally, it refers to a classic American dining establishment, often family-owned and located in rural areas, that turns dinner into an all-evening social event.

Modern usage, also describes intimate home dining experiences where strangers gather over a multi-course set menu.

Traditional Supper Club popularized in the 1930's and 1940's in the mid-west. Diners arrive early for cocktails, take your time eating and stay for socializing afterward.

The Modern Social Club is hosted by chefs - it bridges the gap between a restaurant meal and an intimate dinner party.

The menu is fixed or themed and guests are encouraged to mingle with strangers.
