Remember if you are traveling to the Ranch - Google consistently places us a couple of miles from where we are, and often sends you via the nasty road instead of the pretty good road! I am so excited that I finally found the broken wire that has been haunting my tractor for years! I had to cut deep into a wiring harness under the cab after removing a wheel for access, but once this was soldiered back together it started again! Now we will be cutting hay later this week...

Don't stress your wet, young pastures as they grow by grazing your animals on them. Feed them for a few more weeks - I have very nice meadow brome hay in small bales from last season, barn stored and ready for pickup or delivery. $340 at the barn - call Matt at 509-250-3755

We have delicious grass finished Jersey beef from beautiful Horseshoe Bend Ranch, by the whole, half or quarter. $5 per pound hanging weight, all inclusive (slaughter, cut and wrap, delivery to your door). Halves are guaranteed not to be over 250 pounds or the extra is free. They have been running at 240 to 280 pounds. Delivery in the Klickitat County, The Dalles and Hood River is included in the price. Delivery outside the Gorge from Salem to Portland to Longview, and the Yakima Valley and Tri-Cities for $75 per half, and to Olympia, Seattle and Everett is available for only $125 per half.

I am now taking deposits for our late February, March and April deliver dates. My next delivery to the Olympia/Seattle/Everett area will be in March. Send your email address or call or text 509-250-3755 for all the details and to see if this beef is right for your family.

This is grass finished on our Ranch, and cut and wrapped to your specifications. You will typically end up with about 1/3 burger, 1/3 steaks and 1/3 roasts - all delicious, lean and flavorful.
