Let's all wish Coty a very happy 40th birthday! The man that lights the sparklers, takes care of the grass and landscape, does all the heavy lifting, polishes the floors, cleans up after guests, does tours, gets our taxes together, moves chairs and tables, keeps the venue safe, brings me snacks when I'm coordinating, takes the trash out, entertains vendors at the open house, convinces everyone to be a carnivore and makes all things work at Magnolia Hill. Without Coty, there would be no Magnolia Hill. Happy Birthday, Coty! .henry

Colors, patterns, textures and some southern class. I adore how the summer open house turned out with its Charleston themed charm. I plan on doing a reel to show the inspiration and how it came to fruition but in reality, photos will have to do. I love a good flower hang over the plate though.
